Best Hair Stylist • Rare Magazine 2009

This Rare Magazine came out months ago – but it’s still 2009, Brandi is still my hairdresser (5 + years now) and she still gives a great cut and conversation. I absolutely love her and highly recommend visiting Bo Salon to give her a try.

Brandi Cowley is now with Propaganda Hair Group.
Much more professional group with national and world training/exposure.
