Launch 787 is hosting the holiday event of the season at Austin’s new premier live/work/play community. The Mosiac at Mueller will transform it’s courtyards into a superior shopping experience with over 50 local Austin favorites.
The spectrum of Austin’s creative talents will encourage all to tour Mosiac’s property. Boutique favorites like Adelante are getting creative and going all out – Curb Service will be provided for this event! Taking on the ever growing trailer trend, Adelante will transform their retrofitted airstream into a mobile boutique filled with holiday must haves. Designer Rene Geneva, winner of Austin Fashion Week’s Critics Choice Award for Best Designer & Best Woman’s Designer will be just one of the emerging designers that the Austin community will have a chance to meet. And growing boutiques like Garbo A Salon will offer a variety of spa services throughout the day like an onhand esthetician, hand massages and chair massages. A selection of Aveda products and discounted gift cards will also be available for easy holiday gift ideas! Selections for the cutest of kiddos will also be provided by the most adorable children’s boutiques like Wee and Izzy and Ash.
Food and refreshments will be provided at Mosiac’s “Beach”. Austin’s eateries like Judges Hill, Malaga & Sushi A-go-go will provide tasty morsels to curb any hunger that may lead patrons astray. Pie Fixes Everything and The Cupcake Bar will also be there to serve the sweetest of dessert delights. Tickets purchased to the event include complimentary adult beverages provided by Austin’s favorite, Tito’s Vodka. Not forgetting the little guys, family friendly Sweet Leaf Tea will also provide refreshing drinks for everyone!
This fundraising event and book drive benefits the Dell Children’s Medical Center. Dell Children’s Medical Center offers their Very Brave Patients and their siblings the opportunity to take home a favorite book upon discharge from the hospital stay. SHOP787 has teamed up with a handful of Austin’s boutiques, designers & artists to ensure that the library has a healthy replenishment for those in need.
Advance ticket prices are available at Shop787.com for $5. Tickets will also be available at the door for $5 + a children’s book or $10.
